What is this program series about?

We believe that the most importnt obstacle for proper intercultural dialogue is the fear from the unknown.

In order to overcome this hurdle, we have created this year long series of events, all resolving around the issue of getting to know the culture of the "other".

The main objective of our project is thus to introduce the various civilizations and regions of the wolrd, in addition to presenting the ancient Hungarian culture and its modern interpretations, through the arts.

In addition to the arts (i.e., music, visual art, film, etc), the series of events will feature round table discussions, workshops and an open university, where the public will get an insight into the current inercultural and global processes from the experts.
